1. Prices, GST And What You Actually Pay
- Every price is in Indian Rupees and includes GST at the rate applicable to that product, currently 18 per cent for most electronics categories.
- Shipping, cash on delivery charges, coupon savings and bank offers appear as separate lines in the order summary before you pay.
- The amount shown on the last screen before payment is the amount charged. Nothing is added afterwards.
- Server side price and stock are authoritative. An amount submitted by a browser is never trusted, so a stale tab or an edited page cannot change what you are charged.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
Availability depends on the payment partners enabled for this store and on your pin code. The methods actually live are the ones shown to you at checkout.
| Method | Extra charge | Refund route | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| UPI | None | Same UPI handle | Fastest refund route |
| Credit and debit cards | None | Same card | Processed on the gateway page, never on ours |
| Net banking | None | Same bank account | Subject to your bank per transaction limit |
| Wallets | None | Same wallet | Balance must cover the full order value |
| Card and debit card EMI | Bank interest, or discounted upfront on a no cost plan | Same card, plan cancelled by the bank | Minimum order value set by the bank |
| Cash on delivery | ₹49 | Bank transfer to an account in your name | Serviceable pin codes only, up to ₹50,000 |
3. Payment Security
- The site runs over HTTPS end to end, and card details are entered on a PCI DSS compliant gateway page, not on this website.
- We never receive or store your full card number, CVV, card PIN, UPI PIN or net banking password.
- Card on file tokenisation, where offered, is performed by the card network and the gateway. We hold a token, not a card number.
- Two factor authentication applies as your bank requires it.
- No member of our team will ever ask you for an OTP, a PIN, a screen sharing session or a remote access application. Any such call is fraud. Do not act on it and report it to us.
4. Authorisation, Capture And Failed Payments
A successful payment is authorised by your bank and then captured by the gateway. If the connection drops in between, your bank may show a debit while the order stays unconfirmed. That transaction did not complete and is auto reversed by the gateway, usually within a few working days. The Reserve Bank of India harmonised turn around time framework for failed transactions sets the outer limit for such reversals and provides for compensation where an operator exceeds it. Do not pay twice for the same order; check My Orders first and raise a ticket with the bank reference number if the amount has not returned.
5. GST Invoice
A tax invoice is generated for every order and is available from My Orders as soon as the order is dispatched. It shows the taxable value, the tax split and the invoice number, and it is the document a service centre uses to establish the warranty start date. Our GSTIN is 06AQXPJ7622A2ZR. To claim input credit, enter your business name and GSTIN before placing the order; a tax invoice cannot be reissued to a different recipient afterwards.
6. EMI
Where EMI is offered, the tenure, the interest and the total repayment are shown before you confirm. On a no cost plan the interest the bank will charge is discounted from the product price upfront, so the sum of the instalments is close to the listed price; the bank still shows interest on your statement, and the discount already compensated for it. Processing fees, if the bank levies one, are charged by the bank and are not refundable by us. If an EMI order is cancelled or returned, the bank cancels the plan after the reversal reaches it, which can take a billing cycle.
7. Coupons, Bank Offers And Cashback
- Coupon terms, minimum order value and expiry are shown on the coupon itself, and only one coupon applies per order unless stated otherwise.
- Bank instant discounts are funded by the bank under its own terms, including a maximum discount and a limit on uses per card.
- Cashback credited by a bank or a wallet is settled by that provider on its own timeline and is outside our control.
- If an order is cancelled or returned, a bank may reverse an instant discount it funded. That reversal is between you and the bank.
8. Pricing Errors And Fraud Checks
An obvious pricing error does not create a binding contract. Where one occurs we cancel the affected line, tell you why and refund in full rather than dispatch at the wrong price. Orders may also be held for a risk check where the payment, address and contact details do not match, and we may ask you to confirm the order before it is dispatched.
9. Refunds
Refund routes and timelines by payment method are set out in the Refund Policy. Refunds always return to the original instrument, except for cash on delivery which is transferred to a bank account in your name.
10. Cash On Delivery
- Available on serviceable pin codes for orders up to ₹50,000, with a ₹49 handling charge shown in the order summary.
- Pay the exact amount printed on the invoice. Ask for a receipt or confirm the digital collection entry with the delivery agent.
- Many delivery partners accept a card or UPI at the door. That is a courtesy of the partner, not a guarantee, so keep the cash ready.
- An order may need a verification call or an SMS confirmation before dispatch.
- Repeatedly refusing cash on delivery parcels may lead to the method being disabled on the account.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is it safe to pay on this site?
Card and UPI details are entered on the payment gateway, which is PCI DSS compliant, and the whole site runs over HTTPS. We never receive your card number or PIN.
Money was deducted twice. What do I do?
Check My Orders. If only one order exists, the second debit is an uncaptured authorisation and reverses automatically. Raise a ticket with both bank reference numbers if it does not.
Can I pay part cash and part online?
No. One order uses one payment method.
Why is cash on delivery unavailable for my order?
Either the pin code is not enabled for it, or the order value exceeds ₹50,000, or the category is excluded for high value handling reasons.
What does no cost EMI actually mean?
The interest the bank will charge over the tenure is discounted from the price before you pay. Your statement still shows interest; the upfront discount offsets it.
