How do I place an order on NSCC?
Add the products you want to the cart, open the cart and apply a coupon if you have one, then click Checkout. Enter or pick a delivery address, choose a shipping method, select a payment method and confirm. You can check out as a guest, but a registered account keeps your invoices, order history and returns in one place. A confirmation email and SMS with your order number follow within a few minutes.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
You can cancel free of charge from My Orders within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as it has not been dispatched. Once a parcel leaves the warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can refuse the delivery or raise a return within 7 days of receiving it. Item and quantity changes are not possible after checkout - cancel and place a fresh order instead.
How do I download my GST invoice?
Sign in, open My Orders, select the order and click Download Invoice. The PDF carries our GSTIN, the HSN code for each item and the tax breakup, so it is valid for input credit and for business expense claims. Invoices become available once the order is dispatched and stay in your account for eight years.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 working days and express delivery takes 1 to 3 working days on serviceable metro pin codes. Enter your pin code on any product page for an estimate specific to your address. Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a working day are usually packed the same day.
What are the delivery charges?
Standard delivery costs ₹79 and is free on orders above ₹999. Express delivery costs ₹199 and is free above ₹4,999. Cash on Delivery adds a ₹49 handling fee on orders below ₹999, which is waived above that value. Every charge is shown on the checkout page before you confirm.
Do you deliver to my pin code?
We deliver to more than 19,000 pin codes across India. Enter your pin code in the delivery box on any product page to check serviceability, Cash on Delivery availability and the expected number of days. A few remote locations, including parts of Ladakh, Lakshadweep and the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, are outside our courier network today.
