Click Forgot Password on the sign in page and enter your registered email address. We send a reset link that stays valid for 60 minutes and can be used once. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check the spam folder and confirm you are using the address the account was created with.

Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or turn off communication preferences in My Account. Unsubscribing stops offers and newsletters only - you will still receive transactional messages such as order confirmations, dispatch updates and refund notices, because those are part of the service you asked for.
