Cash on Delivery is live on serviceable pin codes for orders up to ₹50,000. Online options including UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets and no-cost EMI are enabled gateway by gateway and appear at checkout as soon as they are available in your region.
Refunds start within 24 hours of a cancellation, or within 48 hours of a returned item passing our quality check. UPI, net banking and wallet refunds reach you in 3 to 5 working days, card refunds in 5 to 7 working days, and Cash on Delivery refunds are sent by NEFT to a bank account in your name within 5 to 7 working days.
